Perfect lunch with Sophia as our server! The hostess greeted us immediately and had us seated straight away. The staff, food, and whole vibe are consistently outstanding and I will be back again soon. It’s nice having a reasonably priced chain near us that feels more like a local pub than a chain. We visited during an “off” time of day between lunch and dinner. This can be risky in some places as the food during this time at some establishments can be cold or you feel like no one knows you’re there or the food wait time is longer etc. Not at this Ale House. Doesn’t matter if we go at 3pm or 10pm, the food and staff are always perfect. Also my son thought it was nice our server recognized he had been in the week before with a friend “hey weren’t you here a few days ago?”. Gave a nice vibe to the experience. I went to the bar, ordered a drink and some food to go. Landon was extremely helpful after a long day, I was able to enjoy some much needed me time. He kept me entertain and had a pretty decent conversation. Very authentic, GREAT atmosphere, if you’re looking for a chill spot to visit, this is the place to go!
Daniel was BEYOND AMAZING!! The service, the food, the drinks, the food!! EVERYTHING was a 10/10!! Daniel was very welcoming and made sure he went above and beyond to make sure, my son and I had everything we needed and it was on point!! We will definitely be back!!
Came here after a long day at work and was very appreciative of how friendly the staff were, specifically the server/bartender Daija. She has such a kind spirit and was very attentive the whole time. The couple of times I’ve been here had been nothing but good vibes and good food!
Amazing service by our server! I didn’t catch her name, but she was a tiny blonde (maybe) lady who was super sweet! The host was great! We asked for a specific table, and she said she was already going to put us there because she could tell we were there for the game. We were a table behind some rowdy customers that were giving another server a hard time, and the way the manager handled it was super professional! First time at this ale house, but I’ll drive past my local one to come to this one anytime. Great place to watch the Canes game.
I had an incredible experience with Al House! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and at home. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a perfect balance of modern style and cozy charm. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, showing genuine care and professionalism. Shauna was our waitress two thumbs up!
My Varsity cheeseburger was cooked to perfection. The fries were great , just the right amount of crunch . Our server Josh nice and very attentive. The manager on duty Cooley made sure we had everything that we needed . Will definitely come back !
